Tuna Patties| Dhivehi

Ingredients: (makes 26 patties)
• 1 onion
• Chilli
• 1 lemon
• 1 large tuna can (430g)
• 1 boiled and mashed potatoes
• salt to taste
For the dough
• 2cups flour
• salt
• 1 cup warm water
• 4 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Add sliced onion ,chilli and tuna and mix.
2. Squeeze lemon.
3. Then add the salt and pepper to your liking.
4. Add potatoes and mix well until smooth.
5. Make small balls.
Dough
1. Then knead the dough mixing flour water oil and salt.knead until it becomes smooth.
2. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
3. Dust a surface and use your rolling pin to roll out one of those balls into round shape.
4. Place filling on one side of the circle and then fold it down the middle. Press the edges with your fingers to seal.
5. Heat oil to medium heat.
6. Fry in batches in u til golden brown.
